NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HAMILTON ZONING COMMISSION Zoning Request #2020-07 and Annexation Request #2020-03 - A request made by Doug Martin of Blodgett View Land Company, LLC to annex a 1.2-acre parcel and establish a zoning designation of Transitional Neighborhood Business District (B). The property is located at 166 Providence Way, Hamilton, MT 59840 and legally described as: Lot 5 of Morning Star Estates, situated in Ravalli County, Montana, according to the official recorded plat thereof. Together with the right to use with others a road and utility easement as shown on said plat and also as recorded in Book 220 of Deeds, page 218. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the proposed zone map amendment. The Hamilton Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed zone map amendment on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 5:30 P.M. Due to public health concerns related to COVID-19, the Zoning Commission Public Hearing will be conducted remotely via the Zoom video/phone conferencing platform.
